'Here are two great exercises from my 31 Days Of Fitness Series: Thrusters and Renegade Rows. The Workout is as follows: 3-5 Rounds of 10 Thrusters and 10 Renegade Rows. Thruster weight for women is 45 - 75 pounds with barbell or 12-20 pound dumbbells. Renegade Row weight for women is 10-15 pounds. Thruster weight for men is 65-95 pounds with barbell or 15-30 pound dumbbells. Renegade Row weight is 15 - 25 pounds. If you are advanced you will go through all 5 rounds without resting.
